For footwear specialists only, this category will recognise the multiple retailer (operating 10 or more stores and/or concessions) that is pushing the boundaries. We're looking for a strong product mix that is in tune with its target market; fantastic retail environments (extra marks will be awarded to those retailers who can tailor their stores to the local market while still retaining a strong brand identity); along with outstanding customer service and financial performance.
